1. Trading and Distribution Only (No Manufacturing)

Sweet Box India (https://sweetboxindia.com) is strictly a trader, supplier, and reseller of packaging materials, including paper boxes, duplex cardboard boxes, paper bags, and takeaway food containers.

Please note that we do not manufacture these products. All base materials are sourced from third-party manufacturers. Consequently, Sweet Box India is not directly liable for inherent manufacturing flaws or material inconsistencies originating from the factory.

2. Sample vs. Real Product Variations

Customers must acknowledge that products are delivered in bulk batches. While we try to match the approved samples, minor variations may occur between the sample previously sent and the final delivered product. These acceptable industry-standard variations include:

GSM Variations: Slight differences in the thickness or weight (GSM) of the paper or duplex cardboard due to different raw material batches from the mill.
Color Variations: Minor shifts in printing ink colors, shades, or brightness between the sample and the bulk production run.

3. Custom Logo Printing Disclaimer

Design Approval: Printing is executed based on the artwork and layout approved by the customer. We are not responsible for any spelling errors or design mistakes once the final proof is confirmed by you.
No Cancellations: Custom printed orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once they enter the production stage.

4. Return, Replacement & Defect Policy

We follow a strict policy regarding product issues:

Strict 24-Hour Window: Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing videos and photographs. No claims will be entertained after this period.
What is Covered: We only consider valid claims for Printing Defects (from our side) or Incorrect Sizes (discrepancy from the ordered size).
What is NOT Covered (Transport Damage): Sweet Box India is not responsible for any transit or transport damages. Once the goods leave our facility or are handed over to the transport/courier agency, any damage caused during shipping is entirely at the buyer's risk.

5. Product Usage and Food-Grade Standards

Buyer Responsibility: While we source materials from vendors claiming food-grade compliance, the ultimate responsibility for verifying the suitability of the container for specific food types lies with the buyer.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any leakage, damage, or contamination caused to food items due to improper usage or overloading.
